Its now 2002 I have just spent the last four years fighting for my life after being diagnosed with leukaemia & prostate cancer, this story I am happy to tell anyone that I might be able to help understand & inspire .After enduring chemotherapy and radiation I am still here I beat the leukaemia but maybe not the prostate cancer my PSA levels are now 36 & still rising this is more than 10 times the norm .
Anyway about these latest stickers I could not afford to get them printed so my good friend Peter Horton hand painted them for me in exchange for glassing some of his boards, I made 10 boards back then for friends, all long boards ,this inspired me to start surfing again then suddenly I was in hospital this time with viral pneumonia this made me realise that working with fibreglass & paint was out of the question, recently I started surfing again I am slowly getting back on my feet and regaining balance and control its only the lack of reasonable surf that's holding me back but the enthusiasm I had when I was 10 is still there.
